Hi, I’m Sara!

Through my healing work with all ages, I am passionate about offering tools to combat stress and anxiety and to cultivate more presence and aliveness in every day life.

As a 200 hour registered yoga teacher with additional certifications in Yin yoga, Kids Yoga, Nutritional Therapy, and Reiki healing, I bring my range of skills and experience to classes and coaching, offering an accessible, grounded, and joyful approach to balancing the body and mind.

I have been teaching yoga for the last four years, and have been working with children for the last 10+! Expanding my yoga teaching to kids as well as grown-ups in the last couple of years has been incredibly rewarding as I get to teach children vital skills in self-regulation and mindfulness from a young age through song and movement. I’m also a singer and actress, and love to weave music and performance arts games into my classes for kids; I believe creative expression allows people to process and transmute emotion in a powerful way.
